Cow Girl

On Saturday, September 13, 2008, Sarah was given the opportunity to spend the morning at the Rocking Horse Farm. She was able to meet and greet all of the horses, the baby bunnies and "Tinkerbell" the Pig. After meeting the ponies, she chose to ride Pedro, and is seen grooming him before their big adventure!

After learning about the importance of grooming, Pedro was saddled up Sarah jumped on! She was definitely a natural and took to the horse with confidence and ease!

After trotting through a wooded area, Sarah and Pedro were led into an arena, where Sarah was beginning to guide and direct her new four legged friend!

After the ride ended, Sarah fed Pedro some snacks of apples and carrots. She didn't mind all of the slobber that this activity entailed and she can't wait to visit her friend Pedro and the horse farm again!
